Privacy Policy

I built the AI Power Lab to help you actually ship things, not to farm your data. I collect the bare minimum to make the app work, I don't sell anything to anyone, and you can delete your account and everything in it whenever you want.

• Your email and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile photo.
• The profile fields you fill in: display name, blurb, what you're building, expertise, needs, social links.
• The stuff you create inside the Lab: projects, tasks, sparks in your inbox, focus sessions, event notes.
• Basic technical data: your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to spot bugs.
• If you upgrade to founding member, Stripe handles your payment. I never see your card number.

To run your account, save your work between sessions, show your profile in the Member Directory if you've set it to public, and keep the Lab secure. That's it.

I use a small set of trusted services to run the Lab:

• Supabase: database and authentication.
• Stripe: payments (founding member subscriptions).
• Sentry: error monitoring so I can fix bugs faster.
• Vercel: hosting.
• Google: only if you chose to sign in with Google.

None of these have permission to use your data for their own marketing. I don't share your data with anyone else.

The Lab uses a small number of functional cookies to keep you signed in and remember your sidebar state. I don't run ad trackers or marketing pixels inside the app.

As long as your account is open. When you delete your account (instructions below), your profile, projects, tasks, sparks, focus sessions, and event notes all get wiped. Stripe keeps a record of any payments for tax and accounting reasons, but I no longer have an account associated with them.

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. The fastest path is the Settings page if you're signed in. If you can't sign in, or you want me to do it manually, email me.

The Lab is for adults building things. If you're under 16, please don't sign up.

If I make meaningful changes, I'll email active members before the change takes effect. Small wording fixes I'll just update and bump the date at the top.
